The hard part is actually designing the crossover. Luckily, Paul took care of that and all I had to do was figure out the layout, glue and soldier.

I wanted to get the high and low pass on one board. This design has three inductors. Ideally, they need to be oriented on the x-y-z axis, aligned in a L-shape, and not “pointing” toward anything that is going to interfere with the magnetic field. Jigsaw puzzle. This is what I came up with.
The crossover fits nicely in the bottom of the left/right speakers. For the center channel, I put it in the same location, which ends up being on the side.
